Shipping & Delivery Policy
At PEC Tools, we take pride in the precision of our tools and the care we take in delivering them safely to your workshop.
1. Order Processing
- Standard Orders: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, the estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
- Custom Engraving: Personalized items require an additional 3–5 business days for laser marking before shipping.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at an additional cost)
3. Carriers & Tracking
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe handling of your precision tools. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and weight of certain 4-piece sets and machinist kits, we may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.
- Hazardous Materials: Certain cleaning solvents or aerosol products must be shipped via Ground shipping only.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, Germany, and Canada.
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These fees are assessed once the shipment reaches your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. PEC Tools is not responsible for these charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
All PEC Tools products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us at support@pectools.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and assist with a replacement.
